- You are free to participate as an affiliate or creator in other similar offers, but you cannot organize, create, or launch product bundles or affiliate programs that compete directly with Impact Bundles for 36 months following termination of this agreement.
- Upon joining, you will gain access to an affiliate portal where you can locate your unique affiliate URL to promote Impact Bundles products. Commissions are earned when sales are made through your specific link. Impact Bundles will handle all order processing and payments, ensuring you receive your share of profits.

Impact Bundles Collaboration Agreement
1. Parties
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for participation in the Impact Bundles Affiliate Program. The term "Affiliate" or "affiliates" refers to you, the applicant (the receiving party). If your digital product is accepted, you will also be referred to as "Creator" or "Creators." Impact Bundles refers to Silveraxe LLP.
2. Affiliate URL
Upon approval as an affiliate or creator, you will be provided with a unique URL for use in promoting Impact Bundles products.
3. Affiliate Fees
Impact Bundles pays affiliates and creators through PayPal or Bank Transfer, using the payment information provided at registration. If your payment details change, it is your responsibility to notify Impact Bundles to ensure proper payment. All fees are exclusive of taxes and other charges, which are the responsibility of the receiving party.
4. Order Fulfillment
Impact Bundles is solely responsible for processing customer orders made through affiliate links. Affiliates are not authorized to collect payments, resell products, or distribute copies of products. Impact Bundles' pricing policies will dictate the final customer price. Affiliates must not alter tracking methodologies or use cloaked redirects.
5. Commissions
Commissions are generated when a customer completes an order through a properly structured affiliate link. Verbal referrals do not qualify for commissions. Both the affiliate and Impact Bundles share profits from sales, with creators receiving 70% and affiliates receiving 40% of net profits from their sales. Net profit is defined as the amount remaining after transaction costs and gateway fees.
6. Content Permission and Copyright
By accepting this Agreement, creators grant Impact Bundles the right to bundle and sell their products with those of other creators. Affiliates and creators may share copyrighted content from submitted products on their websites and social media. The creator retains ownership of the copyright for their submitted products.
7. Modification of Agreement
Impact Bundles may modify this Agreement at any time, including changes to referral fees, payment procedures, and program rules. Any changes will not affect past sales or owed commissions.
8. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins upon acceptance and ends upon termination by either party. Impact Bundles may terminate this Agreement at any time. Affiliates or creators may terminate with a 3-month notice via email to hello@impactbundles.com. Products will be removed from launches after the 3-month notice period unless the notice is not provided in time for an upcoming launch. All owed commissions will be paid in full upon termination.
9. Non-Disclosure
Affiliates and creators agree not to disclose any confidential information of Impact Bundles to third parties during or after the term of this Agreement. Confidential information does not include information already known to the receiving party, publicly available information, information rightfully received from a third party, or information independently developed without breach of this Agreement. This Agreement may not be shared with any third party without Impact Bundles' written consent.
10. Non-Compete
For a period of 36 months following the termination of this Agreement, the receiving party (Affiliate or Creator) agrees not to compete directly or indirectly with Impact Bundles by organizing, creating, or launching any product bundles or affiliate programs that directly compete with those offered by Impact Bundles.
- Permissible Activities: The receiving party may participate as an affiliate or creator in similar offers organized by third parties, provided they do not have a role in organizing, managing, or developing these offers.
- Prohibited Activities: The receiving party shall not initiate, manage, or have an ownership role in any business or entity that creates or sells digital product bundles or runs an affiliate program in direct competition with Impact Bundles.
- Geographic Scope: This restriction applies to any market where Impact Bundles currently operates or has customers.
Breach of Non-Compete: Any violation of this clause will entitle Impact Bundles to seek appropriate legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.
11. Disclaimers
Impact Bundles makes no warranties regarding the Affiliate Program or potential income. Impact Bundles is not liable for accidental cancellations, incorrect link usage, or payment processor issues. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their submitted products comply with trademark and copyright laws.
12. Miscellaneous
Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of Impact Bundles' rights. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
13. Agreed Terms and Conditions
By joining the Impact Bundles Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement in full. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation outside of this Agreement.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in London, conducted in English. Arbitration proceedings will be kept confidential, and parties may seek temporary relief through courts if necessary.
